This clinic is intended to refresh the skills of users at all levels of experience and application. In our experience it is a significant productivity-increaser even for those who have used ArtemiS software for years. Note: the clinic is not a substitute for the basic training of the ArtemiS I Seminar, however, topics are generally taken from the key areas of the ArtemiS I two-day seminar.
- Displaying overall values in graphs (in dB or in native measurement units)
- Listening through filters without calculating
- Showing levels without calculating
- Exporting level tabulations (including through filters)
- Thorough drag/drop operations allowed in ArtemiS/freestanding Mark Analyzer
- Mark Analyzer and Data Viewer: differences, uses
- Power and settings of Data Viewer for total multi-display flexibility, exports
- Graphic manipulations
- Review of interactive filtering/listening
- Review of how to "zero in" on appropriate analyses and settings: "stepping-stone" sequential interactive work
- Simple methods for objectivizing audible but hard-to-measure attributes
- Using the Statistics Pool
- Using Packages (Cascading Filter and Statistics Pools functions)
- Mark Editor: graphic, by time, by RPM, getting and using the "magnifier windows"
- User-defined Information, creating it, using it and attaching it to graphs
- The Info button
- HEAD Explorer Extension: perform operations in Windows Explorer without ArtemiS
- File Export and some uses for productivity enhancement
- Import and Export
- Analysis Pool for Files (ArtemiS v5): permits enhanced calculation of statistics, etc. from saved (exported) graphic files
- Using Workspaces to enhance power and productivity
- Calibrating files singly and in batches using any units of measurement
- Signal Generator and Merge Editor (ATP 10)
